Dr. Dzingai Mutumbuka

As Zimbabwe’s first Minister of Education, Dr. Dzingai Mutumbuka built one of the continent’s most celebrated education systems. Following his tenure in government, Dr. Mutumbuka spent nearly two decades at the World Bank, shaping education policy and investment strategies across multiple African countries. He serves on the boards of several class-leading education organisations.
