Launch two new academies, building on lessons learned. Establish time-limited endowment funds and scholarship programs to ensure sustainable access. Further develop the teacher pipeline and expand university access and alumni networks. Focus on community engagement and scaling partnerships with local governments and universities. |

2032–2045 |
Expand to as many as 100 academies, creating self-sustaining schools through endowments, fees, and local partnerships. Develop an impact network that integrates leadership education into national development strategies. Achieve financial sustainability and increase global university access for students. |
